In our room, we had a comfy queen bed and a good shower setup 💦.

Brand-new and comfy room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast with nice hot brewed coffee bagels eggs biscuits and gravy.

The location is good for exploring New Orleans.

The staff here are extremely great and polite.

The service here was fantastic, with only a few employees coming across as a bit rude.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, and the morning breakfast options.

The A/C in the room was horrible, the tub had hair in it upon our arrival, and the pool is very small the picture online made it look kind of large but it is actually smaller than average pools, the elevator smelled very strange and it is very slow.

The room was spacious, quiet, and complete with a shower and mattress. The staff was professional whenever I needed help. The location was convenient for me. The food was good, and the restaurant was absolutely great.

The bed closest to the window was so uncomfortable we pulled the sheets up and you could visualize the misformed matress. I'm shocked that they would allow someone to stay in a room with a matress like that.

The room I booked was modern and brand-new, complete with a nice shower and a comfy mattress. 🚿 The hotel's location was great, close to information about the city and nearby attractions, like the French quarter. It was convenient to explore the area from here.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel was a little further away from the French Quarter than I thought it would be when I booked it. However it was a very quick easy ride to the french quarter and we were able to see more of the city than just the tourist traps. The breakfast was plentiful and appetizing whether you were there first or 10 minutes before it closed. The other guests were all friendly and pleasant. No all night partiers or noisemakers during our stay. We thought it was nice accommodations for the money.

Staff was very nice, Helped with anything we needed, held our luggage until we checked in. Every one was GREAT. Thumbs up to the entire staff here. If were in the area again we will be back. Even at night no slamming of the guest room doors or noisy neighbors. Having been working in the hotel industry I know what its like to have good people, Please keep who you have there doing a great job. Thanks

The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help out. The room was really nice and had a fresh vibe to it. The bathroom was spacious and had a great big tub to relax in 🛁. They made sure to clean the bathrooms every day, which was great!
